Add a group checker to see if "your party" is using the consumables they need

Its kinda easy just showcase if your team/party is using the necessary consumables.
This is kinda what i meant
But instead of it only showing "your" stuff i think it might be a nice thing to see the hole groups items.
Should this include the current player ? and what should happen when clicking the icons ?
