[Feature Request] Allow setting keystone level on the UI to show scaled items tooltips

Addon is GREAT!!
I switched to it with no thoughts after MythicPlusLoot stayed outdated since 10.1.
One major feature I'm missing is showing tooltips for items based on keystone level.
Currently, KeystoneLoot shows items at 437 item level. It would be great if we have the option on UI to set item level, or keystone level to show the scaled item tooltip.
This helps with other gear comparison addons like Pawn.
