Steps to Reproduce

change the debuff per row setting and it changes nothing

So the issue here looks to be we need to take just Health width into account or power with into account instead of the whole unit itself from the config. I am working on a fix for this now @AmiraVera

I am going to keep this open until we can confirm this push has helped.
