Unable to use Blizzard party frames

Description
I turned off party frames in KK, but the KK ones still show.

10.1.6

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior
I would expect the standard party frames to show.

Actual Behavior

Only KkthnxUI Enabled
Happens when KK is the only enabled addon.

If you turn off party, raid will default. Turn off both.
