Somewhat of a minor issue here.
Using DeModal with Krowi filter causes some issues with archievement frame location resetting.
Both of these addons modify it's location.

Is there something that can be done on your end to basically tell your addon to switch off movement feature when DeModal is installed?
Reason being DeModal is basically all-in-one addon for UI movement, i would highly prefer it to take control of the frame.
I would bring this up with DeModal author - but theyve been ignoring their users' issues for a long time now.

Switch to the addon BlizzMove, it does the same thing as DeModal. Additionally, add "No Auto Close" to keep menus open.

DeModal hasn't been updated for a while and has some issues with certain frames.
