Fresh install DOES NOT reopens in same place and with same achievement selected despite options set like this by default:

Going through explicitly uncheking/checking relevant options back to same state makes addon behave as it supposed to do (and as Blizzard UI does), but this problem with fresh install should be fixed so it does not require clicking options into seemingly same state to work.

How do you even get it to work in the end, @rowaasr13? Which options are you toggling?
