latest version of the lib, embedded in Atlas and Rarescanner addons in Wrath cause the button to not be shown on map unless moving in which case they show

i am using the Leatrix plus addon and leatrix maps addons as well..

for further fun and confusion, opening Atlas options and while the map is open i can uncheck the option to show the button on the world map and then recheck it and i can see the button on the map.. till i close then reopen the map in which case it is hidden again.. BUT if i mouseover the button i see the tooltip and can click it and have it open atlas options

not sure how to fix, none of the readme seems to affect it, there is a test for wrath in the atlas files and it does set to strata "TOOLTIP" if wrath

Wrath Classic's map is different from the one in Retail. Therefore the button needs to be set to TOOLTIP layer. I know there were issues in the past with Leatrix unfortunately. As this library for other addons did not change, I assume it's a change from Leatrix that causes this issue? Can you contact the dev about it? Link him to this issue.
