I searched a bit but couldn't find an option to follow my debuff with kui. I thought that these could appear Under the nameplate as opposed as buff that are on top. Would be great for some encounters or spec like outlaws that have an artefact ability that uses a debuff instead of a buff (well lore says it is a curse..).
