Tapped vs Tank mode threat priority

With the current behavior, tank threat mode takes priority over normal health bar coloring, which isn't an issue in instances where you are grouped. However, when questing out in the world, the tank coloring overwrites when a mob is tapped. Sometimes when I'm doing a quest and use an AoE ability to grab nearby mobs, if someone from the other faction or in a full party has already tapped a mob nearby, I'll pull agro as a tank on them as well. I'd like an option to set the Tapped health bar color to take priority over the tanking colors so that I know I can ignore a mob if it is tapped without having to target each one specifically, since I normally finish off the mobs that I can get credit/loot for and just ignore/run from the others.
