Checkboxes have since been returned to the default UI for nameplateShowEnemies, nameplateShowFriends, etc.

need to make sure the cvars on that page aren't modified by closing the options window - i don't think any of them have default checkboxes, so they shouldn't. Might want to watch the cvar updated event to force them, but that'll probably just cause conflicts.
