Feature request: Change color of name/healthbar depending on enemy name(id?)

Would be a great addition for mythic+ for example.

Being able to color the name and/or healthbar differently depending on the name would make it easier to focus specific targets.

This would be fantastic for things like Explosive. Plenty of raid fights could use this as well.
