This is pretty specific and odd.

When running a Tol Dagor key earlier, I noticed odd behavior in the castbar whenever I interrupted the Ashvane Jailers when they were casting Handcuff. Instead of the normal interrupt animation, the castbar would just get stuck still saying "Handcuff", and the cast bar progress would just be frozen at the point where it was when interrupted.
