I have name-plates on all the time for friendly units (NPCs and Players) in name-only mode because the shadowed text is much easier to read than the default names (in Classic). In instances, KUI is forced to disable on friendly name plates - I understand why that is. I actually find that useful, especially for healing, since it allows a health bar to be shown for my allies where normally KUI would not display one.

I would also like to see friendly Players' health bars in battlegrounds (but not at other times), without having to manually toggle name-only mode.

Would it be possible to add toggles to the menu at KUI > 'Name-only' to disable name-only mode for friendly players (like there are for friendly NPCs) with options such as 'In battlegrounds only', 'Has PvP on', 'Outside (friendly) capital cities' 'Damaged', 'In combat', etc.
