Issue: While in cat form as a druid, combo points do not display with the personal resource display if the Feral Affinity talent is not taken (this issue doesn't apply to Feral talent specialization), selecting Feral Affinity however again displays combo points with the personal resource display with class powers selected. This also applies if class powers are instead selected to be shown on the target nameplate.

Expected result: Combo points should display anytime while in cat form as a druid, regardless of whether Feral Affinity talent is taken or not
