I mainly installed this addon to be able to track my enemies better in arena. For that purpose I want to see life bars at all times, even when me or someone else is out of fight. This only goes for arena though, so name-only makes sense outside of that.

Maybe you could add the possibility to switch based on the type of instance you are in.
