Cata Classic - Holy Power Not Showing on Enemy Nameplates

I cannot get the holy power indicator to show up on enemy nameplates. I've disabled all other add-ons to confirm it's not a compatibility issue, and I have the settings enabled under Class Powers on the profile. Using the latest version 2.29.14.
