I love the way KUI reskins the Personal Resource Display, I also want class powers to show both on the enemy nameplate and below my personal resource display.

The only way I've been able to do this is to tick the "show default class powers" box in the general tab. The issue is, the default class powers clips into the KUI reskinned personal resource display as shown below:

my question is, is it possible to move or scale the default PRD class powers down to prevent clipping, or to use KUI class power bars both on enemy nameplates and below the PRD? Thanks

Related, but there's also no way to set the offset for the class power bar (energy, mana, etc.). So the power and health bars heavily overlap unless the power bar is very thin. This also means that the personal health bar height has to be set to the combined value of the desired height plus the power bar height, so 20 health and 8 power produces the following:
