I've poke, prodded and tested all I could possibly do. I might be blind. I've disabled all add-ons one by one to figure this out. It's just Kui that does this. Only on this character, only on this tank. I removed his personal add-on folder as well and yet it remains. I even use the same Kui Profile for each character and that doesn't work. How do I remove HoTs, Shields, Buffs from the health bar? I rely on glancing down at my health for when popping muh CDs.

I'm encountering the same issue, cant find where those come from.
