Hey, I would like to have an option to set name-only mode for neutral enemies.

It is, assuming they're unattackable. If you want it on -all- enemies, you can check the checkbox "on enemies" in /knp > name-only. If you ONLY want it on neutral enemies.. then that's too granular for me.
