Issue

Unlocking the map frame disables bringing up the escape menu by using the escape key. You can still click the icon to bring up the menu. Also, the escape key will still work to close windows (such as the map).

I originally only downloaded Leatrix Maps because Mapster is broken with the same issue. I'm not sure if that information is helpful or not. I did isolate the issue to Leatrix Maps by disabling all other addons and testing the escape key with multiple settings changed. No other settings seemed to have any issues - just unlocking the map frame.

Getting lua errors and the ESC key issue as posted here since 11.0.7 hit. Looking forward to the fix since I enjoy playing with LeatrixMaps more than without it -;-)

This should be fixed in 11.0.23. I'm not seeing any Lua errors so if you are, disable all addons except LTM and test. If it works, enable all other addons gradually until you find the addon causing the problem. If not, let me know what the errors are (screenshots are nice).

When LTM is the only active addon there are no lua errors (as I just found out following your advice). With all my addons enabled (+LTM) I am getting lua errors. With all addon enabled (except LTM) I am not getting any lua errors.

They seem to be related to WQs or map POI in general (see screenshots).

The error count will continuously go up as long as the map is opened and stop increasing when the map is closed. On some maps they race, on some the numbers goes up slower. Hope this helps.

Disable all addons except LTM. You have said that this works. So enable other addons gradually until you find the addon causing the problem you're describing then let me know what that addon is.

I said there are no error messages then. But the ESC key issue is still present with LTM being the only active addon.

It seems to boil down to Kalier's Quest Tracker "World Hack" though. When I disable this feature, all lua errors disappear.

The issue has been reportet on Kaliel's too.

You're reporting two different issues, one of which you're saying is caused by an option in Kaliel's Tracker.
Sticking to the game menu issue, if you disable all addons except LTM, does the game menu show up with the escape key? If it does, enable other addons gradually until you find the addon causing the problem then let me know.

I mentioned it already but in case that wasn't clear enough:

LTM being the only active addon will not let me use the ESC key to get into the game menu. The ESC key will not bring up the game menu. The ESC is still functional. It will let me close bags or any other window. But it will never bring up the game menu.

Which version of LTM are you using? It's shown in the top-left corner of the /ltm panel.

I update all addons daily.

Just did another update and 11.0.23 is available. I will try again with that version and report back. (Kaliel also just got another update.)

11.0.22 is for game patch 11.0.5.
11.0.23 is for game patch 11.0.7.
11.0.24 fixes the map reveal data for Isle of Dorn (Siren Isle). It will be available shortly so update to that when you see it in your listing.

Just updated to 11.0.23 (which is the most current one Curseforge is offering to me).
All good now! No lua errors (which seem to have been an Kaliel issue anyway an not related to LTM) and the ESC key is once again bringing up the game menu.
