If you have an issue with a Leatrix addon, the issue tracker on GitHub is the place you should be reporting it to. You are more likely to get a correct answer here than on Reddit, Wow forums, Twitter or anywhere else.

Someone complains that LTP is not working correctly. The solution is actually very easy and simple. But the people replying don't know any more than the person asking the question so the advice given is wrong and the solution offered is completely unnecessary.

There are lots of posts on Reddit too where players have asked questions and gotten incorrect answers. Even popular streamers who praise Leatrix Plus sometimes state things which are not actually true.

If you have a problem with any Leatrix addon, this issue tracker on GitHub is the best place to ask. If you would prefer not to use GitHub because you don't have an account or you would prefer to ask your question privately, you will find a support email address on leatrix.com.

All bug reports and help questions are answered and followed up.

Feedback and suggestion reports are sometimes answered but often will only receive a thank you response.
