For the player frame group indicator and the group labels displayed above the pullout raid frames, try 1.15.69.alpha.4. There is a new option 'Hide raid group labels' ('Text'). You can switch CurseForge App to alpha releases by right-clicking the addon in your addon listing and changing the release type. Let me know how you go on with it.

Please try 1.15.69.alpha.5. This now applies to the player frame group indicator and the group labels displayed above the compact raid frames and the pullout raid frames.
