What is your issue?

It would be extremely useful to be able to disable arbitrary visual effects like Leatrix allows us to do with arbitrary sounds. For my own use case, Trickster Rogue has Tricks of the Trade last for an entire hour, which leaves an obnoxious visual effect above the character's head for the entire hour.

Addons can't interfere with visual effects that are rendered in the game world.
