What is your issue?

I do not know if it is my problem or is from the Addon but I see people with the same Addon as me, Easyframes that have the dragon well placed and I have it as if the icon were above the dragon, I tried to see if it was from The Easy Frames, I have been touching all the options, but with none I got it well placed
