What is your issue?

Quest auto accept will auto accept an escort quest "The Escape" (ID 863), but will treat the previous quest like an escort and not auto pick up, "Ignition" (ID 858)

Not able to reproduce this. Quests started from Wizzlecrank's Shredder (NPC ID: 3439) will not be automatically accepted regardless of which quest it is because the NPC ID is checked rather than the quest ID. Quests turned-in to this NPC will be automatically turned-in though. Tested and confirmed to be working as intended.
