To reduce the amount of unwanted requests it should be possible to blacklist specific players from showing, no matter what they're writing. This would help with e.g. players trying to bypass the booster filter or to remove players you don't want to play with.

Might require #7 before it can be completed as we need a play to display the blacklist button
