Error when performing lib upgrade

  1. Install latest IceHUD and latest TMW, without a standlone install of LDT
  2. IceHUD loads first with older version, then TMW loads with newer version

Then, as a result of this, the entire LDT upgrade process explodes and kills everything that dependss on LDT.

I have to go do some stuff IRL so I won't be able to fix this until later. Feel free to do it yourself if you see this first.

I tagged the latest as v90000.6 so people can install a standlone version of LDT that can work around this for now.
