The documentation at the moment states repeatedly that names aren't stable and are subject to being changed or pruned in future releases (if for example, a community path changes, or sound kits are modified).

This isn't mentioned for music index numbers but should be; the index numbers for music entries are reliant upon the file IDs present as the data stores them as a sorted table to implement a binary-search to convert file IDs back to indices.
