The entire backpack interface cannot be dragged

Hi, I update the version 11.2.0-2 (20250806), after I pressed the ‘B’ key and opened the bag, I placed the mouse on the top edge of the bag interface to drag the position, but the entire bag interface could not be dragged. I tried to disable this plugin, but still couldn't drag. What is the reason? I just want to move the bag position.
