TWW - PreCast and PreUse actions don't work

This is a known issue due to Blizzard removing the ability for addons to run macro commands.
The feature is probably going away, I am watching in case a work-around appears or Blizzard change their minds.
Some addons (notably decursive so far) are stealing global macro slots for this purpose, which at least there are a lot more of now.
I kind of object to it but maybe it's the best idea.
Expecting this to work again, fingers crossed.
