I'm not finding the instance "Liberation of Undermine" (zone=15522) as an option, I tried to limit mounts based on the instance "Undermine" but it didn't work in the raid instance. Maybe "Undermine" is a different instance than I think it is? Maybe I am doing it wrong?

Have you been into the instance? They are only learned by visiting them, there is no available list.

No, and when you do drive, it doesn’t let you honk or nitro boost (the DRIVE ui doesn’t appear) but it lets you mount and lets you drift with spacebar

Sounds like Blizzard have kinda stuffed it up then. I expect they will fix it, and there should be a downtime any minute now since RFW was over in 10 minutes due to exploits. I don't think there's anything I can do about it, the UI is the only way to detect if D.R.I.V.E. is usable that I know of, the action bar button/spell always appear like you can cast it.

For now as a workaround you can create a rule to cast the G-99 Breakneck spell inside the instance. The spell ID to use is 1215279.

What I meant was make a LiteMount rule with action "Cast a Spell" Should be working now with 11.1.0-2 anyway.
