PreCast doesn't work with G-99 Breakneck

When summoning the G-99 Breakneck, precast doesn't cast. PreCast works fine with all other mounts, it's just the G-99 Breakneck that it doesn't work with.

PreCast only works for mount journal mounts. G-99 Breakneck is not a real mount as far as the game is concerned, just a vehicle you drive around.
