[Calculation] AP calculations don't reflect the fact that Rogue Deadliness and Sinister Calling stack

Sinister calling gives a 15% bonus to Agi. Deadliness then gives a 10% bonus to the resulting AP.
As the mod doesn't currently process AP in any meaningful way, AP displayed for Rogues with both talents is 10% too low.

EDIT: This seems to be the case with all the MOD_AP modifiers.

Fixed in 7cb4f47. Will go out in 1.14.0.
