I am currently using Locked Out in a databroker, and I want to be able to click on the databroker to show the tooltip in the center of the screen instead of at cursor.

it's something i'm working on but i haven't fgured it out yet. i'm hoping to have it out in the next couple releases once i learn the forms a little better. See issue #83 for the original issue.
