in certain circumstances we're still seeing the instance lock #/10 spamming.

• found an area that would spam like crazy, under Naxx in Dragonblight/LK, but no error
• not a spam at least but whenever you change subzone inside a zone, it will spam

comment inadvertently closed. still needs testing.
