Hook into wow events to automatically update database.

- Login event to refresh everything
- Boss death event to refresh raid/dungeon database
- World Boss death event
- Quest turn in to check against weekly currency and flag it properly.
At the time of this request, there are only 2 things tracked - dungeon and instance. Issue will be updated to track other events if those things are done prior to this being implemented.
