minimap button is missing from some peoples addons. changing the namespace to see if it aids in the fix.
it seems that there may be an addon that either i do not have embedded properly or am not loading properly. after discussing it with a few people that could reproduce it, the problem went away when they uninstalled one addon, or installed another (2 seperate people, 2 different fixes).
found fix. AceAddon-3.0 is being used, but not loaded. so by chance - probably due to another addon loading before this one - it worked. for those that had addons with AceAddon-3.0 that loaded after Lockedout OR had addons that did not use AceAddon, it would not work. fix will be commited shortly.
