Issues with LibGroupInSpecT-1.1

When installing LOIHInterrupt with embedded libraries, LibGroupInSpecT throws the following LUA exception:

LibGroupInSpecT-1.1.lua line 256:
   attempt to call global 'RegisterAddonMessagePrefix' (a nil value)

When installing LOIHInterrupt with libraries installed separately, LibGroupInSpecT does not install.

When installing LOIHInterrupt with libraries installed separately AND you have manually installed LibGroupInSpecT using their latest r92-alpha, it works as expected.
