When I try opening the addon, it doesn't look like anything is populated in the items tab for any spec or set of dropdown selections. I'm not sure if it's actually a bug or if I'm misusing it, this is what I see.

Did you get a lua error or something in your chat box ? It looks like i accidentally made it require atlaslootclassic to be installed, so if you don't have that it'll error. I'll be fixing that shortly.

4.1.2 fixes the atlasloot problem. It'll be available in a few minutes, hopefully it fixes it for you.

I think I have errors disabled, but yeah it didn't open after I close it, so I assume there's an issue going on. I am sure your change will fix it, thank you!
