When a player raffles an item, show an info window with the players who've rolled. Players displayed should be separated into their respective roll buckets: Need/Greed/Xmog.

The info window should have a "Cancel Raffle" button that cancels the raffle, even if someone has already won the item.

When a player has won an item, the window context should change to a dialog: "Winner: %%Name%%" with an additional button labeled "Auto-Trade Item" which initiates auto-trading.

If a Raffler is attempting to auto-trade, there should be a "Cancel Auto-Trade" button in the info panel, which will take the user back to the previous step.

Significant actions taken by the Raffler should appropriately announce that action in chat (ie, "%%Name%% has cancelled the raffle for [Item Link].", etc.)
