I have a suggestion, but aware people might not agree. :P

Just like the chat fades from left to right in transparency, becoming completely transparent at the end of the chat box, I think it would look better if this was also matched vertically (from bottom being the value you choose, to the top being completely transparent).

Currently, I think the chat box cuts off abruptly under the chat tabs and would look better smoothed out. But I could be compltely wrong, just imaging it in my head!

Ik you closed it, but yeah, I don't like it either. But it's kinda impossible to add the fading because you can't apply alpha proper alpha masks to text. And resizing the chat frame dynamically isn't an option either.

However, I'm experimenting with some possible design changes to make it look less jarring, like, right now the main issue is that it's "cut off" by nothing:

Amazing to hear. I just didn't want to be annoying as I opened another request, but I love this addon so much.
The standard wow chat is such a terrible part of the UI imo, so this is like my only hope :D

Sadly, due to rl issues I haven't been playing wow much. Like, I unlocked daily quests on my main only a week ago and I hit level 70 in early December! So yeah... I wish I could do more and quicker, but 😓
