Task: Add a dropdown for armor percentages from the top status bar

Task Information
The general armor percentage is shown on the top bar as it was in V3, though the dropdown for the percentages on a piece by piece basis is not shown when hoving over the location on the top bar. This would be a helpful feature to carry over from V3.
@Slicerin Still have issues with not seeing piece-by-piece information?
