Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to a character in a guild
  2. Click on the active guild members area of the top status bar
  3. Close the guild panel
  4. Click on the guild button of the micro menu

Observed Results

The old guild panel will be brought up instead of the new guild and communities panel. (As seen in image)
