Fix Non interruptible Castbars

Note 2: Classic Era's uninterruptible cast state tracking got heavily nerfed in patch 1.15.0. Every uninterruptible spell now has to manually be added to a list. Let me know if some spells are missing. Also test mode for Party castbars broke, will have it fixed soon when I get the time.
