Just downloaded master Luna, problem still exists. I have middle mouse button set up to cast 'Devour Magic', also cast on mouse down enabled.
It works for every player except me. Clicking on my frame gives 'No target' message.
Clicking on target frame works ok, except when target = myself. It also shows 'No target' message.
Seems like somewhere in the code is a special case for target=player.
