Hey!
its been few weeks since on Northdale my mouseover macros stopped working. I did some capitalizing here and there and most of them started work, but not the downranking ones. Ive tried everything, but nothing seems to solve it. It could be a server side effect as it happened right after a realm patch iirc. I also noticed there is similar reported issues which matches the time frame i recall

EDIT: I turned off all my addons and turned them back in waves. It got fixed and i couldnt figure out what was giving the error...
