What can I use to move the Loot Roll Window that is compatible with Luna?

I have moved my basic bars to be under my character and the loot rolls show up across my buttons and I can't move them. This means in combat I can't see cool downs.
Any tips?

Sorry i have no recommendations for you since i use the default stuff for the roll window.
