It would be nice if we could adjust the appearance of the ticker. In my opinion it would be nice to have it a little more subtle similar to this https://i.imgur.com/HaDpHZ5.png

Another great addition would be a ticker for out-of-combat health regeneration. This is very useful for various classes in the early levels and for speed leveling. It allows you to sit down for regen ticks and time when you enter combat. Especially useful for warriors to charge right after a tick.
