When I try to type /luna in chat, I cannot click enter. The chat bar remains open despite clicking enter and "/luna" remains in the chat window. My luna UF are displayed as unlocked and everything is visible at all times in the config mode.

Your interface has LUA errors. You probably didn't download from the release page or something.
