Druid Bar behaving differently since tbc prepatch

Expected behaviour: Druid bar always showing mana percentage
Actual behaviour: Druid bar is completely black when out of form.
I want to completely disable my power bar, and always show my mana bar (druid bar) regardless of what form i am in, since im using a WA for energy/rage bars.
